SLC SAFE App
We are required to complete the SLC Self-assessment each week prior to entering the field and will be checked by SLC Athletics Staff:
- Download the SLC SAFE App to your smart phone by searching it in the app store (available for Apple and Android)
- Complete the self-assessment by clicking on the photo with the title "Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)"
- Show the field attendant the green QR code (referred to as a badge) to enter the field
The field attendants will not allow entry to the field without an approved badge.
