There are four board positions are up for election during this meeting:

• President (VACANT)
• Secretary/Communications Officer (VACANT)
• Registrar/Tier Director (VACANT)
• Field Director (VACANT)

Position descriptions can be found on pages 7-9 of the Constitution. 

Nominations for election of candidates should be sent via email to kwsc.communications@gmail.com prior to the Annual General Meeting or may also be received from the floor assembly at the AGM. Please also consult the Nominations and Elections By-Law posted on the KWSC website (http://indoor.kwsc.info, click 'About', then 'Constitution').
